Mena Rego, MBE
Chair of Governors
Mena is our Safeguarding Link Governor, she is also a member of Resources, Achievement and HR Committees.
Mena joined the Governing Body in January 2012. She has over 10 years experience as a Catholic Foundation Governor. Born in Kenya and educated in a local Catholic community school, she graduated from Manchester University and joined Royal Mail where she enjoyed a long and varied career in a number of senior management positions.
For her voluntary work, including adviser with Citizens Advice Bureau, Magistrate in Central London, and a range of activities involving children's education she was honoured with an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours List in 2012.
Sister Evelyn Gallagher RSM
(Religious Sister of Mercy)
Member of Resources Committee.
Sister Evelyn took up her present role as Trustee of the Congregation after 25 years of teaching in Yorkshire, Middlesex and Birmingham. During that time she was also a Trustee Governor in three schools and an Area Tutor for PGCE students at Maryvale, Birmingham. Her present role as Trustee Governor in St Edward’s Catholic Primary School began in May 2011.
Foundation Governor, Member of HR Committee and Link Governor for Maths.
Rena joined the Governing Body in September 2013. She is a senior civil servant with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategies and policies; and she is a former Justice of Peace on the Central London Bench.
Chair of Human Resources Committee and Link Governor for Computing.
Suzanne joined the Governing Body in March 2011. She works at Social Finance Limited, a not-for-profit organisation that develops socially motivated financial products. Suzanne's recent work has focused on criminal justice and vulnerable children, including developing a finance facility for financially excluded families with disabled children. She brings data analysis and finance skills to the Governing Body. Suzanne holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Trinity College, Oxford.

Nadia Joined the Governing Body in September 2012 as an Associate Member. She is a parent whose daughter has just finished KS2 at St Edwards. French and English educated, she has a degree in Management IT and Languages and an MSc in Information Management for Business from London South Bank University.
She works for a major UK Bank as a Risk Control Manager, travelling across Europe to ensure appropriate controls, governance, compliance and regulatory processes and policies are in place. Nadia is a champion for promoting School Governance across her organisation who fully support the work that she does. She is a very active and committed to both Governing Body as well as the school PTA with the Action Team Parents.
Chair of Resources Committee and Science Link Governor
Daniel Joined the Governing Body at the end of 2014 as a Foundation Governor. He works in the financial industry and brings finance skills to the Governing body.
Daniel completed high school education at a Catholic school, and has BA and Master degrees in Economics.
Member of the Achievement Committee and Link Governor for SEN.
Eddie joined the Governing Body as an Associate Member in March 2014. He has ten years’ experience as a Governor in a Catholic Primary School in Hackney, where he has chaired the Finance and Resources committee for 8 years.
Eddie has over 29 years management experience with the Royal Mail (London) where he is currently a Project Manager in the Delivery Operations area.
He has a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and an MBA from the Open University.

Joanne joined the Governing Board in 2016. Born and educated in London she then graduated from Manchester University with a BA in Politics & History. She has spent over 25 years working in the property industry.
Joanne brings finance and HR skills to the Governing Body. Her voluntary work to date has been with children’s charities and currently with social justice.
She lives in West London.
